Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    4 large Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    purchased spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper together until well blended.
    Parboil shells in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking to pot; drain in colander. Fill shells at once, using knife.
