Nana'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pie shell
1 qt. strawberries
3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In saucepan, crush 1 pint of strawberries with fork.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring, until thick and clear.
Cool.
Halve the other pint of strawberries and fold into cooked mixture.
Pour into pie crust and chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
