Fall Sausage Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, cut up
    1 large zucchini, sliced
    1 medium green cabbage, cut up
    1 can kidney beans, rinsed
    5 medium tomatoes, cut up
    2 bay leaves
    1 red bell pepper, sliced
    dill to taste
    caraway seed to taste
    salt to taste
    water as needed
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. precooked Polish sausage, cut in bite size chunks
Preparation
    Heat olive oil.
    Saute onion, zucchini, cabbage, red bell pepper and tomatoes in olive oil.
    Add bay leaves, kidney beans, dill, caraway seed, Polish sausage and tomato sauce.
    Add water (about 1 cup).
    Reduce heat to simmer after stew comes to a boil. Cook on very low heat for 1/2 hour or 45 minutes.
