Blintz Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    14 to 16 blintzes (frozen)
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Melt the margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Put the blintzes, face up, in the pan.
    Beat the eggs with the orange juice.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture over blintzes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 3/4 hour, or until done.
