Low Calorie Banana Milk Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. skimmed milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 banana, sliced frozen
    1/2 tsp. Sprinkle Sweet or sweetener
Preparation
    Put milk in blender.
    Add vanilla and frozen banana, a little at a time.
    If a thicker shake is desired, add ice cubes until desired thickness.
