Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh blueberries, washed carefully
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour or tapioca
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together; add berries.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
    Moisten edge of dough with water; cover with top crust, making opening for steam to escape.
    Press pastry well over edge; trim.
    If canned berries are used, measure scant 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour.
    Bake in hot oven (375\u00b0) for 25 minutes with foil over pastry edge.
    Remove foil; bake 20 minutes more or until browned.
