Orange Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium firm bananas
1 can peach slices, drained (cut slices in half)
2 medium apples, chopped
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. frozen orange juice (concentrate)
3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

In a large salad bowl, combine fruits; set aside. In a small bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice; beat until smooth. Add sour cream; mix well. Pour over fruit and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
