Fijian Chicken Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. minced garlic or 1 1/2 cloves, chopped
    2 1/2 tsp. ginger sherry or 2 tsp. chopped ginger
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put chicken parts in plastic storage bag.
    (I think chicken tastes best when skinned with this marinade.)
    Pour marinade over chicken in bag.
    Squeeze all the air out of the bag and close.
    Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Bake chicken as usual pouring remaining sauce over chicken. Serve with white rice.
