Marinara Sauce(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole tomatoes, peeled with basil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley or 2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
-
Saute garlic in oil until light brown.
Add tomatoes, parsley and pepper.
Smash tomatoes with fork or potato masher in pan. Cook at medium heat for 25 minutes.
Serve over pasta of your choice.
