Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. tomatoes, peeled, chopped and drained
1 1/2 c. seeded, chopped jalapenos or 1 c. seeded sliced Serranos
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Preparation

Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
Pour into hot jars and process 15 minutes.
Makes 7 pints.
