Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. boiling water
    10 oz. chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Stir in 3 tablespoons flour.
    Add milk, gradually as white sauce.
    Add grated cheese.
    In another saucepan, dissolve bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup boiling water.
    Add broccoli; cook until tender.
    Add broccoli and cooking liquid to cheese mixture.
    Heat, but do not boil.
