Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 to 1/3 stick margarine
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Boil vegetables according to instructions.
    Drain and mix with celery, onion, mayonnaise and cheese.
    Crumble crackers and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
