Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
    2 c. flour
    4 unbeaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil and eggs 1 at a time. Sift together flour and cinnamon. Add flour and carrots to batter. Bake in 3 layers at 350\u00b0 about 30 to 35 minutes.
