Make Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes, peeled and cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    2 sticks butter or oleo, divided
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. Pet milk (approximately)
Preparation
    Combine and boil potatoes, salt and 1 stick of butter until done; drain.
    Add other stick of butter and beat with mixer.
    Add cream cheese; blend well.
    Add Pet milk until a little thin; put into baking dish.
    Cool completely, cover and refrigerate.
    When ready to use, dot with butter and microwave until warm, stirring often.
