Frosted Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 small box lime Jell-O
    No. 2 can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. minced celery
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix hot water and Jell-O; stir and refrigerate until like an unbeaten egg.
    Add pineapple, cottage cheese and celery and pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Frost with mixture of cream cheese, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    Cut into squares.
