Raspberry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oats (uncooked)
    1 (10 oz.) jar raspberry preserves
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine and brown sugar.
    Add flour, salt and oats to creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Press 1/2 of crumb mixture in a greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Spread raspberry preserves on mixture, then sprinkle remaining mixture on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool completely before cutting into squares.
