Homemade Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. juice from fruit
    7 c. sugar
    1 box Sure-Jell
Preparation
    Cook fruit for about 10 minutes and strain, saving all juices. Measure juice and place into a large pot.
    Add Sure-Jell; bring to a full boil.
    Stir in sugar; bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and skim.
    Pour into sterile jars and seal.
