Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, seasoned with oregano, onion powder, sage or garlic powder to taste
    1 c. grated cheese
    3 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
Preparation
    Add the sausage and the cheese (both at room temperature) to the Bisquick.
    Use 1 teaspoon of the mixture to form a ball. Place on baking sheet.
    Repeat until mixture is gone.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
