Baked Flounder With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flounder (4 to 5 lb.), cleaned
    1 onion
    salt and pepper
    6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    6 bacon strips
Preparation
    Wash flounder and place in baking pan.
    Slice potatoes and onion and place on
    top of flounder.
    Salt and pepper to
    taste. Place bacon strips on top of fish and potatoes.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 1/2 hours or until fish is flaky.
