Fried Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large egg
3 Tbsp. milk
1 pt. oysters
3/4 c. corn meal
1 tsp. light salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. canola oil
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat together egg and milk.
Dip oysters, one by one into egg mixture.
Dredge oysters in corn meal that has been seasoned with salt and pepper.
Panfry in oil in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
Serves 4.
