Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, oil and sugar.
Mix well.
Add vanilla.
Sift and stir dry ingredients.
Blend into the oil, eggs, sugar mixture. Stir in the carrots and nuts.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured 10 inch round or spring form pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
