Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 carrot
    1 onion
    1 pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Boil water, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed for 1 minute and let cool.
    Grind cabbage, carrot, onion and pepper.
    Add salt. Let stand for one hour.
    Drain.
    Pour mixture and vinegar over cabbage.
    Freeze in containers.
    Mmmmm good!
