Ricotta Bread(For Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. bread flour
3 Tbsp. warm milk
2/3 c. Ricotta cheese
4 tsp. margarine (soft)
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry yeast

Preparation

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.
Select basic bread setting, choose crust color and loaf size if available.
Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing. Add 1 or 2 Tbsp. water or flour if needed. 1 loaf, 1 pound.
