Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    3 c. skim milk
    8 slices whole wheat or sprouted bread
    1 tsp. allspice
    3/4 c. fructose or raw sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs and sweetener.
    Add vanilla. Slightly warm the milk.
    Add to the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
    Spread oil on the bread, cut into cubes and place a layer on the bottom of a 2 to 3-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle a little allspice on the bread.
    Raisins may be added.
    Pour egg mixture over the bread and sprinkle with allspice.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
    Serve warm or chilled.
