Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 lb. zucchini, cut in chunks
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons butter in frying pan and saute onions, then add zucchini, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Cook 5 minutes and layer zucchini in baking dish with tomatoes and cheese.
    Brown bread crumbs in 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
