Garlic Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 beef bouillon cubes
8 c. boiling water
20 fresh garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. butter
1 bunch green onions, minced
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
pinch of salt
6 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation

In a large bowl or saucepan, combine bouillon cubes and water, stirring until cubes are dissolved.
Peel garlic and mince.
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, lightly brown garlic in butter with minced green onions, stirring constantly so as not to burn.
Add flour and stir until slightly browned.
Add broth and pepper; simmer 30 minutes to an hour.
Just before serving, slowly add egg yolks, stirring constantly.
