Diet Nibble Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. unpopped popcorn
    2 c. bite-size Shredded Wheat squares
    2 c. round toasted oat cereal
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. dry Italian dressing
Preparation
    Pop the popcorn without oil.
    Combine with next 2 ingredients and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with butter. Combine cheese and dressing mix.
    Sprinkle this over mixture. Makes 9 cups.
    One-half cup servings contain 57 calories, 2 gm. protein, 9 gm. carbohydrates and 2 gm. fat.
