Phyllis Lightvoet'S Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
    3 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 24 hours at room temperature.
    Turn steak occasionally and pour sauce over the top. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Slice in one-inch strips across grain of meat.
    Enjoy.
