New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small red new potatoes
    Italian dressing
    black pepper
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; leave skins on and slice lengthwise, approximately 1/4-inch thick.
    Spray baking pan with Pam.
    Lay potatoes in pan in layers.
    Pour Italian dressing over each layer. Top with parsley flakes.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
