Hamburger Upside-Down Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 c. cooked macaroni
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Put beef, onions, garlic and butter in hot skillet.
    Cook until meat loses its redness.
    Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Simmer a few minutes.
    Spread over bottom of 2-quart greased casserole, packing firmly.
    Toss macaroni, sharp cheese and cottage cheese.
    Arrange on top of meat mixture and also pack firmly.
