Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can mushrooms (reserve liquid)
    1 can crabmeat, drained
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 filets flounder
    milk
    4 oz. Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In
    a
    skillet,
    cook
    onion in 1/4 cup of butter until tender.
    Stir
    drained mushrooms in skillet with crab, cracker crumbs,
    parsley,
    1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
    Put a few spoonfuls
    of
    this mixture on a fish filet and roll up.
    In a saucepan,
    melt
    3\ttablespoons of butter;\tblend in flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.\tAdd enough milk to the mushroom liquid to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Cook until thickens.
    Pour over fish and bake for
    25
    minutes
    at
    400\u00b0.
    Sprinkle
    with
    paprika and cheese; bake for 10 minutes more.
