Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pears, peeled and ground coarse
    10 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cook about 1 1/2 hours. Pour into pint jars and seal.
