Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat.
Stir in flour, salt and dash of pepper.
Add milk and stir until smooth.
Add cheese and cook until thick.
Serve hot over vegetables or whatever.
