Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hard-boiled egg
1 small button garlic
1 lb. boiled shrimp
1 Tbsp. Creole or horseradish mustard
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. grated onion
mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Grind eggs, garlic and shrimp in food grinder or blender. Combine with rest of ingredients and blend well (by hand), adding enough mayonnaise to make mixture right \"dipping\" consistency. Refrigerate 12 hours before serving.
Makes 15 to 25 servings.
