Ingredients

2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix egg yolks, water, flour, milk and brown sugar together. Cook over medium heat until thick.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and butter.
Cool.
Pour in 9-inch baked pie shell.
Use egg whites for meringue.
