Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in chunks
    2 c. sugar, divided
    1 c. flour + 2 Tbsp., divided
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Put rhubarb in 9 X 13 pan. Mix 1 cup sugar & 2 tablespoon flour together and sprinkle over rhubarb. Dot with butter. Sift together remaining cup of sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add beaten eggs to mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
