Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn (tall can)
1 can whole corn
2 eggs
1 carton sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese over top.
Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes or until center is firm. Delicious served hot or cold.
