Blueberry Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. quick oats, uncooked
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Place berries, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until berries become juicy and thick.
Stir in lemon juice and peel.
Then pour into a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
