Elan'S Lemon Fromage - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 packet unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 c. whipping cream

Preparation

Beat eggs well, adding sugar slowly while beating.
Add lemon rind.
Beat until thick and creamy.
Dissolve gelatin in lemon juice which has been warmed slowly.
Add dissolved gelatin to egg mixture.
