Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. green chilies, chopped
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 doz. tortillas
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and melt in double boiler to make a sauce.
    Salt and pepper meat.
    Cook meat until brown; add onion when meat is done.
    Add cheese and melt.
    Remove from heat.
    Dip tortillas in hot oil about 10 seconds.
    Drain.
    Roll meat in tortillas; place in baking dish and cover with cheese sauce.
    Bake.
