Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bag thinly sliced potatoes
    8 pork chops
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    10 oz. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch casserole, place sliced potatoes until the pan is 1/2 full.
    Brown 8 pork chops and season with salt and pepper.
    Mix together 1 can cream of celery soup, evaporated milk and onions.
    Pour over chops which have been placed on top of potatoes.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
