Egg Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1 (4 oz.) can deviled ham
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. cajun seasoning
    12 slices bread
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    Boil eggs and cool.
    Remove shells and rinse.
    Chop finely and place in a small bowl.
    Add deviled ham, mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning.
    Mix well; set aside.
    Remove crust from bread slices. Cut into halves.
    Spread 1/4 teaspoon softened butter on each half.
    Place each half slice in separate cup of a mini-muffin pan, conforming to cup shape.
    Fill each slice with one tablespoon of egg and ham mixture.
    Garnish with paprika.
    Broil about 5 to 6 inches from heat until bread is toasted and filling is heated, about 3 minutes.
    Serves 12.
