Cut tortillas, several at a time, into 8 pie shaped wedges using kitchen shears.
Arrange in a single layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 until crisp and slightly browned (10 minutes).
Store in an airtight container.
Makes about 4 cups.
