Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 manicotti shells, cooked
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper
    parsley
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and black pepper.
    Fill manicotti with cheese mixture.
    (I slit manicotti to make this easier.)
    Pour half of sauce into bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with single layer of filled manicotti.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
