Blueberry Scone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 c. blueberries (fresh, frozen or canned), drained
Preparation
    Mix and sift the dry ingredients together.
    Cut in the shortening as for biscuits.
    Add the beaten eggs and sour milk or buttermilk to make a soft dough.
    Mix in the blueberries.
    Bake in a greased 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
