Soft Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. molasses
    1 tsp. each: ginger, cinnamon and cloves
    2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together and add soda and flour. Then add eggs.
    Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until springs back like a cake.
