Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium size chicken breasts
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine lemon juice and butter.
    Salt chicken and place skin down in baking pan.
    Pour 1/3 lemon juice and butter over chicken. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Turn chicken over.
    Pour remainder of juice over chicken and bake 40 minutes longer. Baste occasionally.
    Serve with rice or potatoes.
