Hot Apple Cider Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1 c. apple cider
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a Dutch oven.
    Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until mixture reaches 160\u00b0.
    Pour into mugs and top each serving with whipped cream.
    Yields 2 quarts.
