Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 or 5 small zucchini squash, thinly sliced
 
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- 
                            Put zucchini, butter and seasonings in skillet.
 
Cover; cook slowly 5 minutes.
Uncover; cook, turning until tender (about 5 minutes more).
Sprinkle with cheese; toss.
(For added flavor, add 1 can tomato wedges and serve over rice.)
