Codfish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish
    3/4 lb. flour
    1 or 2 onions
    1 or 2 sweet peppers
    1 bunch scallion
    1 or 2 hot peppers
    4 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Make sure you boil fish thoroughly.
    Then strip fine in a bowl. Cut up onions, pepper, scallion and hot pepper.
    Then add all together in bowl with flour.
    Mix in a batter.
    Then put on a deep pot with oil to deep fry (medium fire).
    When the pot is hot, take a pot spoon and drop in oil, must be brown to cook.
    Then drain. After you taste, make sure it has the hot pepper taste.
